FOC will apply for any individual/group tourist (FIT/GIT) who book a full package tour above 3 days with us.
NO visa approval is guaranteed for any applicants. Visa invitation letter is necessary to assist visa application, while China Embassy reserves the final right to issue visa or not.
No guarantee for all nationalities, but sujbect to the final notice of duly authorized unit.
According to the regulation of Tourism Administration, tourists who get invitation letter issued by duly authorized unit is on the condition of booking package tour or other related services(hotel, airport transfer or day tour etc.) from travel agent. They are not in a position to provide visa invitation letter itself only.
Processing Time: 1-3 working days by Travel Agent and 7-10 working days by tourism administration/government, another 3-7 days by courier if original documents to be shipped.
Service Inclusion of Tourist Invitation by Travel Agent: Invitation letter from tour company with stamp; Tour itinerary by tour company; Business license of the inviting tour company. (*Hotel booking confirmation voucher with stamp from travel agent is subject to client hotel preference basically a 3 star category starting from US$50/per room per night)
Information Needed for Government Invitation Letter: Passport bio page scan copy; Validity of Visa Intended to Apply; Number of Entries; Date of First Entry; Places to Visit; Longest Stay.
Information Needed for Tour Company Invitation Letter: Passport bio page scan copy; Date of Travel; Cities to Visit; Arrival/Departure flight scheduel.(Hotel category; Check in&out date if hotel booking is required)
